There are some basic rules that you should follow in order for you to enjoy your precious and beautiful pieces of jewelry as long as possible. You can read about these in details under the section named Jewelry Care.

For security reasons, no orders with a Post Office Box address/number will be processed.

When your items are in transit to you, we will send you a shipment notification e-mail, which will contain tracking details that you can use to track each parcel. For details, please see the Shipping & Delivery section.

We insure all shipments against loss and damage while they are in transit from first&last OPAL to the recipient address. As soon as the shipment has been signed for at the agreed address, the insurance will lapse. If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you make a note that you are receiving a damaged package when signing for the shipment.
